Eligibility, obligations, and rights for buyers.

Buyers must be at least 18 years old, possess legal capacity to contract, and provide valid identification (national ID, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address.
For purchases at or above the threshold set under Ghana's Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2020 (Act 1044), InnovoCars will conduct enhanced due diligence, including source-of-funds verification, before completing the sale.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal, contact, and payment information;
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule and this Payment Policy;
• Cooperate reasonably with delivery scheduling, inspection, and vehicle registration steps;
• Use test-drive and demonstration vehicles only for their intended purpose and in compliance with traffic law;
• Comply with all applicable Ghanaian road-traffic and vehicle-registration requirements after taking delivery.
• Receive accurate vehicle information and a written pre-sale inspection report;
• Commission an independent inspection before purchase (used vehicles);
• Receive clear disclosure of all fees, taxes, and financing terms before final payment;
• Access and correct their personal data in line with the Privacy Policy;
• Raise a complaint under the Dispute Resolution Policy at any stage.
• Providing false identity, payment, or financing information;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals;
• Misusing test-drive vehicles, including exceeding agreed mileage/route or permitting unauthorised drivers;
• Reselling a reserved allocation without InnovoCars' written consent prior to title transfer.
Breach of this section may result in cancellation of the order, suspension of the buyer's account, and, where fraud is involved, referral to the relevant authorities.
