Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Policy applies to the sourcing, import, customs clearance, and delivery of vehicles purchased through InnovoCars within Ghana.

InnovoCars currently delivers within Ghana only; cross-border delivery outside Ghana is not offered unless separately agreed in writing.

Vehicles sourced internationally are shipped via InnovoCars' approved freight and logistics partners, and cleared through Ghana Customs (Ghana Revenue Authority) in accordance with the Ghana Standards Authority's applicable conformity requirements.

In-stock, locally held vehicles bypass this stage and move directly to the delivery-preparation process.

In-stock (Ghana-held) vehicle: 3 – 10 business days from full payment.

Import in transit / at port: 2 – 6 weeks from full payment, depending on clearance.

Special order (not yet shipped): 6 – 14 weeks from order confirmation, depending on origin and shipping schedule.

Estimates only; not a guaranteed delivery date. Timelines may be affected by port congestion, customs processing, shipping-line schedules, weather, or force majeure events, and InnovoCars will proactively notify buyers of material delays.

Delivery may be by collection at an InnovoCars facility or by scheduled delivery to an address within Ghana, as agreed at order.

Risk in the vehicle passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection, whichever occurs first, following a satisfactory delivery inspection (see Section 6 - Vehicle Inspection & Verification Policy).

Legal title and registration transfer to the buyer only once full payment has been received and, where applicable, DVLA registration in the buyer's name has been completed.

Where a scheduled delivery cannot be completed due to the buyer's unavailability or an incorrect address provided by the buyer, a reasonable delivery fee may apply.

InnovoCars will make at least two attempts to contact the buyer before applying storage fees for undelivered vehicles held beyond 14 days after the scheduled delivery date.
