Vehicle Inspection & Verification Policy
Our multi-point inspection and verification process.
5 sections
Every vehicle listed by InnovoCars undergoes a multi-point inspection covering battery/powertrain health (for EVs and hybrids), body and structural condition, electrical systems, tyres and brakes, interior condition, and standard road-safety items.
VIN is verified against manufacturer and, where accessible, international vehicle-history records; odometer readings are cross-checked against available service and import records for used vehicles.
A written inspection report and condition grade is made available to the buyer before full payment is due, disclosing any known prior accident history, repairs, or defects identified.
Buyers are encouraged to review this report carefully before confirming purchase.
For used vehicles, the buyer has the right, at their own cost, to commission an independent inspection by a qualified third-party mechanic or inspection service before finalising a purchase.
InnovoCars will reasonably facilitate access to the vehicle for this purpose within its business hours.
Immediately before handover, InnovoCars conducts a Pre-Delivery Inspection confirming the vehicle matches the original inspection report and is in safe, roadworthy condition.
The buyer is invited to review the vehicle jointly with an InnovoCars representative at handover and sign a Delivery Condition Acknowledgement.
Any discrepancy between the delivered vehicle and the original inspection report must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for expedited review under this Policy.
This window operates alongside any other statutory or contractual remedy available to the buyer.
