Payment Policy

• Bank transfer to InnovoCars' designated corporate account;

• Mobile money (MTN Mobile Money, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money, and other licensed providers as enabled);

• Card payments processed through a licensed, PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processor;

• Approved financing or lease disbursement from a partner bank or financial institution;

• Corporate/fleet payment terms, where a separate signed agreement is in place.

Prices are displayed primarily in Ghana Cedis (GHS); where a vehicle's cost is directly linked to an international import price, a USD reference figure may also be shown for transparency.

Because import-linked pricing can be affected by exchange-rate movement, customs valuation, and duty changes between order date and delivery date, InnovoCars will confirm final pricing in writing before full payment is due, and any material exchange-rate movement affecting an unpaid balance will be communicated to the buyer promptly.

A reservation deposit secures a specific vehicle or import slot and is credited toward the total purchase price.

The balance is payable according to the payment schedule set out in the buyer's sale agreement, which will specify whether full payment is due before shipment, before customs clearance, or before delivery, depending on the vehicle's sourcing route.

A transaction is confirmed only once funds are received and verified in InnovoCars' account or by its payment processor. InnovoCars is not liable for delays caused by banks, mobile money networks, or payment processors.

Declined, reversed, or disputed payments (including unauthorised chargebacks) may result in immediate suspension of the order and, where fraud is suspected, referral to law enforcement.

InnovoCars does not store full card numbers or card security codes; card payments are handled entirely within our licensed payment processor's secure environment.

Bank and mobile money details provided for verification or refund purposes are stored securely and used only for the purpose disclosed at collection, in line with the InnovoCars Privacy Policy.

Displayed and quoted prices exclude, unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Import duty, VAT and other statutory levies;

• Vehicle registration and DVLA fees;

• Insurance;

• Financing arrangement fees;

• Delivery charges.

These are itemised and confirmed to the buyer before final payment is collected.
